INTRODUCTION:

Career guidance and counseling programs help students acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience required to identify options, explore alternatives and succeed in society. These programs finely prepare individuals for the changing workplace of the 21st century. With the largest young population in the world, the major challenge before our country is to make them employable. Joining hands with National Skill Development Corporation, HRD Ministry has come up with a new programme to promote skill development.
